Planning application 10/00698/XOUTMA has been submitted to build 14 flats on the old Theale Motor Works site, behind the buildings in the High Street and the houses in Station Road.
The application is to replace one that was granted permission in 2007.
The flats would be in the south east corner of the site, near flats 1-27 Leonard Court.
