Om Wednesday 30/11/11 Theale recreation ground had 3 piles of dog mess right by the touch line of the south-westerly football pitch - where supporters could stand or where the ball or players might come off the playing field.
There were two further piles about 30 yards in from the south-east corner of the recreation ground - where children play.
In my opinion the situation is getting worse
Wed 30/11/11 - Footpath between High Street and Swallowfield gardens. About half-way along the path.
Last week, walking through the recreation ground to the east of Englefield Road, I saw 5 piles of dog mess - 3 by the touchline of the football pitch and 2 near the south-east corner of the recreation ground.
These were right where footballers may play and where children play.
